Supporting the community through action!
Community
At Maple Valley Plumbing, we feel strongly about community involvement — giving back to and supporting the community in which we live, work, and play. Please take a moment to find out how we are actively involved in the Southeast King County community.
Valley Girls & Guys
Valley Girls & Guys was originally formed to support the Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk for the cure, but has since expanded to offer blankets of “comfort and hope” to anyone fighting cancer, opening The Who House to support cancer patients and their families, and formed the Be The Hope annual 1.8 mile walk.
Maple Valley Plumbing is a proud sponsor of Valley Girls & Guys.
The Greater Maple Valley Community Center
We actively support the Community Center here in Maple Valley, because it provides vital services to every slice of the community and age group. There are wonderful family based programs that make life a little bit better for those in need of a little help. Maple Valley Plumbing supports the Community Center with involvement, volunteering, and fundraising.
Maple Valley Rotary
Our entire family has been very active in the Maple Valley Rotary, supporting some fantastic programs that range from funding academic and vocational scholarships here in the Tahoma School District to funding programs that improve health, education, and empowerment internationally.
We love being active in Rotary, because it has such a broad impact and makes a real difference in peoples lives. Service above self is good for everyone.
Be The Hope Walk
As just about anyone you know has been affected by cancer in some way, whether personally or through someone you know, we believe strongly in supporting the fight against cancer. At Maple Valley Plumbing, we have actively participated in the Be The Hope walk, donated, and sponsored the fight in some way. We don’t plan on stopping until the word “cancer” is gone from our vocabulary.
