My dad and I tried installing my gas hot water tank. We got the new one in and was moving right along, but we couldn't get it to stop leaking at the main line. Wanted to start local so I gave MVP a call. Said he could stop by in a couple hours and did. He figured it out and I was good in no time. Great communication, knew what he was doing. Small business owner who takes pride in his business and offers outstanding craftmanship in his trade. Very responsive, thorough, and up front. NO BS!! I had a water supply line leak and pressure value pipe replaced. If I called a commercial company, like B-Can, would of cost me up to $900. I was up an running in under one hour and also under $300. Dave came over right away on a Saturday to fix my water line put a plug on it soo i could use my water for the weekend , was able to have my family get together that evening , Dave returned first thing Monday morning to put in a new water line, he definitely saved the day.!! , if i ever have plumbing issues again future i will use them. way better than some off the other plumbing companies out there.

Dave answered the phone after hours and helped me figure out how to shut off the water to a leaking refrigerator. He got me on the list for first thing the next morning to help disconnect the water to the fridge completely so that I could get water to my kitchen again. He was professional, responsive, and will use him again!

Needed a small job done - install a new spigot. Dave was friendly over the phone and I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could have someone come out to give an estimate the next day. Dave’s guys arrived on time, took a look, gave me a reasonable price and said they could get it done right away. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I couldn’t recommend Maple Valley Plumbing any higher. They identified my problem and fixed it in a jiffy. They also identified a few other issues I had no idea about! Turns out my master shower was leaking and would have turned into a major disaster but they caught it before it became worse. Seriously, Dave and the team couldn’t be more professional.

These guys saved me. My master bedroom showers handle broke with the shower running. I couldn't turn it off and like a dummy I didn't know where my main shut off was. Maple Valley Plumbing got here promptly, showed me the main shut off, fixed my shower and were amazing in every way. They even caught some plumbing issues that would happen soon and saved me more headaches. These guys were honest, prompt and the only plumber I will use from now on.

We called Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing and I was impressed with the speed with which he could get me in. As it was not an emergency I opted for the following morning and at a little after 8am there was a knock on the door. 45 minutes later the problem was solved. The young man (Andy) who came made a very conscious effort to keep everything clean and then cleaned up the tiny spots he had made... including some I made trying to fix the unfixable. Maple Valley Plumbing's business card is not only on my fridge but in my phone... they are now my "go to" plumers in the Maple Valley, Covington, Auburn and Kent areas
